It is a high performance cement based joint filter.It is prepared with special filters and chemical additives and also has flexibility and watertightness and outstanding performance

* Uygulanacak yüzeyin kürünü almis ve saglam olmasina dikkat edilmelidir.
* Uygulanacak yüzey, tutunmayi önleyici (kir, toz vb.) maddelerden arindirilmis olmalidir.
* Yüzeydeki bozukluklar, Mineral tamir harci ile düzeltilmelidir.
* Uygulanacak yüzey çok emici ise, sicaklik, rüzgar ve günes gibi dis etkilere açik bir alan ise uygulama öncesi yüzey nemlendirilmelidir.
* Yaklasik 6.5-7 litre suya bir torba kuru harç yavasça bosaltilmali ve topak kalmayacak sekilde karistirilmalidir..(Karisim için düsük devirli mikser kullanilmasi önerilir.) Hazirlanan harc ,olgunlasmasi için 5-10 dakika dinlendirmelidir.Uygulanmaya baslamadan önce 1-2 dakika tekrar karistirilmalidir.
* Yapistirma harci yüzeye kuvvetlice bastirilarak bir tabaka halinde sürülür. Kaplamanin (fayans, karo vb.) boyutlarina göre seçilmis disli çelik mala ile taraklanmalidir.
* Taraklanan harç üzerine fayanslar en geç 25 dk. içerisinde yapistirilmalidir. Bu süre asildigi takdirde harcin üzerine yapistirma yapilmamali, harç yüzeyden kazinip atilmalidir.
* Hazirlanan harç 3 saat içerisinde tüketilmelidir. Kullanim süresi geçmis harçlar hiçbir sekilde kullanilmamalidir.
* Harç prizini tamamladiktan sonra derz aralan ara ara sulanmali, derzin islenebilmesi için duvar uygulamasinda en az 24 saat, yer uygulamasinda ise 48 saat beklenmelidir. Bu süre yüksek sicakliklarda kisalir, düsük sicakliklarda artar.

*It is crucial that the applying surface should be durable and cured.
*Applying surface should be away from dust, dirt, etc which hinder the splice
*Mineral repair mortar can be used to get smooth surfaces.
*If applying surface is too absorptive and also exposed to external effects such as wind, sun, etc, surface should be moisten before applying
*Premixed dry mortar should unloaded to approximately 6.5-7 liter water and should be mixed without lumpily ( It is advised to use low-speed mixer.) The prepared mortar should be rested 5-10 minutes to mature
*Adhesive mortar should be applied to surface like a sheet with pressing strongly. Then should be raked steel toothed trowel in accordance with tiles and ceramics.
*Then tiles should be pasted to the raked surface within at last 20 minutes. If time would be exceed, instead of pasting, tiles should be descaled
*Prepared mortar should be used within 3 hours. If it’s expiration time would exceed, it should not be used
*After completed the mortar setting, the joint can be watered occasionally. Also, it is important to wait at least 24 hours for wall application and 48 hours for ground. The time changes in accordance with heat. If there is a high heat, time would be shorten, and if there is low heat, time would be exceed.

Çimento esasli malzeme oldugundan kullanim esnasinda solunmamasina dikkat edilmelidir. Harca ek malzeme ilave edilmemelidir. Kullanilan tüm takim uygulamadan hemen sonra su ile yikanmalidir.

Because it is a cement based, do not breathe during usage. Also extra additives should not be added. All equipments should be cleaned after using.

Kraft torbali ürün ,en fazla 10 kat istifle kuru ortamda depolanmalidir.

It should be stored at last 10 piles in a dry places as kraft.
